Withdrawals
No, you will not be able to us your account if you are not physically located in an eligible state. You will be able to access your account once our system can verify you are in a permitted location.
Withdrawals typically available within a few minutes; however, it can take up to 3 days. If it’s been longer than 72 hours and you have not received your withdrawal, you can reach out to support for help.
There are a few reasons a withdrawal might fail:
* Promotional cash must adhere to the playthrough requirement for that promotion. For example, if it is a 2x playthrough would mean you need to play through all deposited funds twice before withdrawing any winnings from entries placed with promotional cash.
* Inaccurate or incomplete bank account information can also cause withdrawal requests to fail. If this happens, your funds will be returned to your credit funds balance, and you will be able to create a new withdrawal.
* Withdrawals can only be made using an approved payment method that you previously used to deposit funds into your account.
