Members can delete their account if they no longer want to play on the FlexBets platform. This can be done through My Account in the FlexBets app.

Members found to be attempting to violate FlexBets’ rules or terms of use will have their accounts deactivated and winnings voided. Punishable actions include,but are not limited to: spoofing location in valid states and playing for underage members.

Check to make sure you are in a location where FlexBets operates, then ensure that your location services in your phone settings are turned on. Once you’ve completed both steps listed above please fully close and reopen your app. If you are still having issues, your account may have been deactivated due to a violation of FlexBets Terms of Use. Please contact support if you believe your account has been deactivated by mistake.

FlexBets reserves the right to deactivate any account at any time, at our sole discretion. Actions that could lead to the permanent deactivation of your account include, but are not limited to: Multiple accounts, violation of our terms of use, or abusive behavior.
